I had a great time at the 2016 Via Academy in Vail Colorado jamming with Steve Vai’s band, and the man Steve Vai himself. The clinics by Steve, Eric, Stig, Doug and Sonny were all incredible and the setting in Vail was magnificent. I hope to get to one of these events again in the future.

Won’t You be Surprised!

We’re boarding the bus to see the preacher – and won’t you be surprised at the results!
Transport yourself to the 1960’s deep south and follow Violet across the country as she searches for a miracle and discovers the true meaning of beauty, courage and love.
Violet is filled with twangy country, soaring gospel, searing blues and toe tapping honky-tonk music. I’ll be playing guitar and I’m thrilled to share the stage with Evan who will be playing violin.
Violet runs April 10 – May 3 at the Theatre on San Pedro Square. I hope to see you there!
It’s Curtains, for all of us!
Curtains, the hilarious musical murder mystery by the writers of Chicago and Cabaret opens at the Saratoga Civic Theater on Saturday, January 24th.
This bright, brassy comedy has plot twists and revelations worthy of the cleverest whodunits, along with plenty of memorable musical numbers from one of Broadway’s most talented songwriting duos. Can you solve this musical mystery before the detective does?
I’ll be in the pit playing drums and various noise-making percussion instruments.
